Great for family vacation or long term stay. This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy watching the protected burrowing owls while relaxing on the patio. Minutes from Matlacha, major supermarkets, every type of eatery available, shopping centers and other amenties. Five minutes from Burnt Store boat ramp and kayak launch. Fort Meyers Beach just 25 miles and 25 minutes from Punta Gorda aiprport (PGD). Other things to do; Sun Splash Family Waterpark - 6 mi, Gator MIke's Family Fun Park - 6.5 mi, Key West Express at Fort Meyers Beach - 25 mi. Catch the ferry and visit Key West for the day. Beautiful

Beautiful home, exactly as shown in pictures. Very easy to locate, quiet neighborhood, clean & well stocked. Host is quick to respond and wonderful to work with. Enjoyed watching the protected ground owls from the lanai.
