1) Defective front door lock - broken glass and key pad will not work in direct sunlight. Only gained entry during check-in by finding a rear slider open. Neighbors advise owner has been aware for months. Owner response was house is alarmed and neighbors watch out. This lock needs to be replaced.2) Advertised as heated pool, washer & dryer. NO HIDDEN FEES. During our stay was told heating pool was 25 a day and use of washer/dryer was 50. Deceptive practice. Note - Listing was edited during our stay with ad taken off site.3) One hour to check out Owner advises dishwasher repairman is coming. We had been hand washing glasses and utensils all week. Is owner listening in? Neighbor tells us upon leaving that dishwasher floods the kitchen floor if used.4) No welcome book/instructions5) Owner failed to identify camera located on the house per VRBO requirements.This house is spacious and accommodates groups well. It is located on a quiet street and nicely located to travel to Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island, Naples and Marco Island. If the above items are addressed it would be a nice home to stay at.

Vacation 2025

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in this warm, inviting home. The space was more than adequate, clean, neat, organized. We had everything that we needed and were able to relax, catch up and spread out. The neighborhood was great and we enjoyed walking for exercise. The grocery store was just a few minutes drive away, as well as our favorite ice cream shoppe and a selection of restaurants. We highly recommend this home.

Amazing tome

We had the best time on vacation. This house was absolutely beautiful and met all of our needs. It was clean and easily accessible to lots of activities. The owner was so accommodating and easy to work with. We truly had a wonderful experience!

Could have been cleaner

Neighbor was extremely helpful. Pool and hot tub were nice. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it nice for our large group. House could have been cleaner, especially coffee maker and floors. Would have been nice to have access to the garage……
