Private, quite house. Near grocery store (3 min walking), parks (bay beach, play ground, canal walk, 1-3 miles away. Walkable distance, but if choose to drive plenty of parking) on a biking route. It was perfect for your family of 4 plus a dog. The the house itself had everything we needed. The house has been newly renovated
