Step into this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in southeastern Cape Coral centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. This home features over 2,100 square feet of space and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. You will enjoy the various amenities including a solar heated pool, hot tub, kayaks and access to the boat dock.

This home features 3 bedrooms. A king master bedroom, and two queen guest rooms. You will also find a queen sleep sofa in the foyer adjacent to the master bedroom for additional guest comfort. You will enjoy the large amount of activities and amenities the home has to offer. You will enjoy the lanai and pool area which features a solar heated pool and stand alone hot tub and gorgeous views of the canal. There is an outdoor kitchen with with grill and fridge where you can both cook and enjoy
delicious meals!

Wonderful house!

My husband and I stayed for one month at this property. It was wonderful. First, the house was incredibly clean. I have yet to rent a house this clean. So that was a big plus. Also, Eloise from Roeland's vacations was very quick to respond to any texts and questions I had. The one thing that I really loved about this house was the outdoors. The canal is a freshwater canal with lots of fish. We saw tons of fish, iguanas, birds, turtles. There are two kayaks for use which was nice. The three bedrooms were nicely decorated. The walk-in closet in the master bath is incredible. And the shower has great water pressure. The beds were very comfortable. I am going to book this house again. Great location, nice neighborhood, with all of the amenities you could want.

Wonderful Get-a-way

This was a perfect property for our family of 4. The heated pool and separate hot tub were used daily. Expansive walk through doors to the pool area were kept open frequently, thanks to the birdcage keeping out all bugs. The outdoor kitchen and outdoor TV was a huge hit, as was the extremely well stocked kitchen. We had a great time during our December-January stay.
