Fantastic hidden gem in Matlacha. Has the charm of "efficiency units" of the past with modern amenities like a condo. Really enjoyed the grounds and watching boats come and go off the back porch. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is a slice of Island Time perfection. Completely and beautifully renovated, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The location is off the main road, quiet and laid back. It has a wonderful view of the bay, a lovely pool area, and a quick drive to the restaurants and shops of Matlacha. Without reservation I highly recommend Matlacha on Shoreview for your next island get-away.

Great Location in nice neighborhood. Very unique property! Fishing is great from the Dock! Nice salt water pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely try Blue Dog Cafe and Michelle's! Will definitely be back! The manager "Stacey " was very professional and accomdating. A real pleasure to meet her. Very informative! A little piece of Paradise!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this little waterfront resort! It's the perfect hidden gem if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The property is incredibly clean and well maintained, and you can tell the owners truly take pride in keeping everything spotless. The pool was beautiful, clean, also with nice boat docks and a great place to relax while enjoying the gorgeous waterfront views. The location couldn't be better quiet, scenic, and just what we were looking for. What really made our stay special was the manager. She was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that every guest had a great experience. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for a charming, super clean resort with a beautiful pool, waterfront views, and exceptional customer service, this is the place. We can't wait to come back! Thanks again

We had everything we needed for our stay. Bedroom was a little small but manageable. Didn’t care for the beach towels provided but we had our own. Great location for what we were doing on our stay. We will be back.
