The Neighborhood:

This beautiful vacation property, located on a large corner lot, is excellent for families. Located in the highly desirable SE Cape Coral, just minutes away from grocery shops, dining, and entertainment destinations. Lush landscaping and the fenced-in yard provide complete privacy. Unwind on the closed-off patio area or in the sparkling pool to soak up the sun's rays!



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is great for walking in the evenings or mornings as well. Getting around the community you will need a vehicle.

– Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM

– No smoking on property
