Renter shall take refuse & recyclable containers to curb Monday evenings. Prior to leaving, strip beds, start Dishwasher, Secure Doors
Provide a copy of the driver's license for the primary renter. Having more guests than on the reservation will cause loss of security deposit.
Parties are not allowed without owners approval. Unauthorized party will cause immediate eviction with loss of all rents and deposits.

This rental was an absolute pleasure to stay at in every regard. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with a beautiful westward facing sunset view and the house layout and amenities were all top notch. From the moment we entered the house, we felt like we were at home. The decorations and the Christmas tree quickly got us into the holidays spirit. The place was perfectly clean. Great Lanai

We really enjoyed our visit. Hosts were so welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. The pool and lanai were wonderful and provided for a lot of family memories. This is our 3rd time staying here and it has been great each time. The property is very convenient to Sanibel and Captiva and local amenities. Thanks to our hosts for their hospitality.
