The space is in the sought after South West area of Cape Coral. Gulf access means you can bring your own boat and have access to the Gulf of Mexico or use a local boat rental company. We are centrally located close to many great restaurants, bars, movie theater, water park and even mini golf.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

Cozy in the Cape was such a lovely place to stay. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed from a stocked kitchen and bathroom to a well-maintained outdoor space. The location is perfect with a number of stores just a short drive away, most notably Walmart right up the road. The garage space was great and the provided bikes and fishing rods added something extra to make our stay even more enjoyable. We honestly could not find anything negative to say about our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful view and a great location

A very clean and well-maintained house with a beautiful view to the canal. The pool has color-changing lights and is great for an evening swim. There are beach towels, and also a beach umbrella and chairs in the garage. It's closely located to stores and also the Cape Coral beach. The host was quick to answer any questions we had.

This home is a great place to stay for a couple or small family. From the moment we pulled in the driveway we knew it was going to be great. The house is in pristine condition in a very clean and organized neighborhood. The floor plan is open. The large livingroom with the view of the pool and waterway are welcoming as you walk in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. Darlene is a wonderful host and home owner. She was always quick to respond from prebook thru during our stay. They did a great job updating the home and the salt water pool is perfect. Everything about this house is great!
