With a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed w/trundle, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The house features 2 bathrooms, complete with a hair dryer for your convenience and bath towels. Whether you're lounging in the cozy living room, enjoying a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, lounging by the heated pool, fishing off the dock, kayaking in the canal, biking on the bike routes, this house has everything you need for a memorable stay. Kayaks and bikes are provided along with everything you need to go to the beach such as beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach tote and cooler. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Please do not use bags for recyclables; the items can be dumped loosely in the can
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No loud music after 10:0pm. Upon leaving strip all used beds. Put all dirty sheets and towels in the washer. Do not turn washer on.
Please return all items where you found them (pool toys, kayaks, bikes, furniture, etc...) Lock all doors and windows upon check out.
Take all trash and recyclables out to the large cans in front of garage. Please dump the recyclables loosely in the can.

Terri is a great host and responded quickly when I had questions while I was planning our stay as well as when we were there. House is clean, organized and well equipped with essentials from bathroom to kitchen to beach and outdoor activities. Great location. 15 min to Cape Coral activites and restaurants. 40 to fort myers beach. All travel depends on traffic. Timing is important. The house is in a perfect location to have peace and quiet but get away to restaurants, bars, and night life. Great area to take walks which we did everyday. Thank you Terri for everything. Will definitely return in hopes to rent your home again.

Very nice place to stay in Cape Coral. Great little outdoor living space. The kayaks and bikes were a big plus for my family to spend time exploring the local parks and canals. Host was very attentive to the few small questions I had, and we had a great stay.

Winter getaway.

Beautiful weather for an extended stay. The house and pool were perfect. Loved the outdoor area and comfortable furniture. I gave location a 4 only because the traffic can be a little loud at times. Otherwise it is a nice walk for coffee or lunch and a great farmers market.
