Well I contacted host because we were arriving in the middle of the night and had not received what the code to get in was for the door and was told it was last 4 digits of phone however when we arrived it didn’t work. They did respond and fix it within 15 min however after long day of travel this was why I reached out ahead of time to ensure we had code. Once we got inside the house was nice however the furniture like the master bed is basically a mattress on the floor hard to get in and out of. All furnishings were low. We picked this house for the pool and there were 2 patio. Lounge chairs again that sat on the ground and were so worn we were afraid to sit and rip them and get charged for them. This was a four bedroom however there were only 2 of us and we ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags but were expected to put the garbage out in bags . Hand soap all the simple things blankets we were so cold. There were people showing up without any warning that scared us. The pool service came the day we choose to sit by the pool and were told we couldn’t use the pool for an hour which was right in the middle of the day when wanted to use it. Supposed to be heated but lucky if it got to 75 which we also asked ahead before booking. The house itself is was very nice.
