The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a private screened solar-heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping, creating the perfect setting for relaxing after a day exploring Cape Coral and the nearby Gulf Coast beaches.

Inside you`ll find a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds, making the home ideal for families, couples, business travelers, and small groups.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and the comfortable living area is perfect for gathering together. Guests will also enjoy fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, driveway parking, and complimentary beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler for beach days.

Located in Southeast Cape Coral, you`re just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, golf courses, parks, and entertainment. Guests have private access to the home, including the kitchen, living areas, laundry room, screened pool, patio, and backyard. The garage is reserved for owner storage and is not available for guest use.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Day visitors are welcome, but only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Parties and events are not permitted.

Please review the following house rules before and during your stay:

> Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

> Early check-in is subject to availability and our cleaning schedule. Guests may inquire after 11:30 AM on the day of arrival.

> Late check-out is subject to availability and may require booking an additional night`s stay.

> Please place all trash in the outdoor bins located on the right side of the house before departure. If your stay includes Monday evening, we would greatly appreciate it if you could roll the trash bins to the curb for Tuesday morning pickup.

> Please leave beds unmade and place used towels in the bathrooms for our cleaning team.

> Before checking out, please close and lock all windows and doors and turn off lights, ceiling fans, and small appliances.

> Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please add your pet to your reservation before arrival. A one-time pet fee applies per stay.

> Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors, including inside the screened pool enclosure. Please dispose of all cigarette and tobacco waste properly.

> Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

> Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

> Day visitors are welcome. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.

> Please rinse off before entering the pool whenever possible. Glass containers are not permitted in or around the pool area.

> Pool service is scheduled every Wednesday morning. The pool technician may briefly access the backyard to perform routine maintenance.

> The pool is solar heated, and water temperature will vary depending on weather conditions and available sunshine.

> The thermostat may be adjusted between 72°F and 78°F for your comfort.

> Please report any maintenance concerns through your booking platform messaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
