The attention to detail really stood out, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to feel right at home.One of the highlights was the outdoor space. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine or unwinding in the evening, the setting was peaceful and inviting. This was one of our top VRBO stays! The home was clean and appeared to be in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house is really nice and just like the pictures. It was very relaxing and the neighborhood was very peaceful, especially with the empty lot next door. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Overall a great stay at a great house!

Great family stay in perfect Cape Coral villa

We had a fantastic time at Tom’s villa. The inside is very well appointed with everything you may possibly need, and more. The outside whilst not massively spacious, is perfectly suitable for a family of 4/6. The pool is great and the ability to heat both pool and spa is very useful. Lots to do and see within 30 mins drive, this is great base when visiting Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Sanibel, Naples etc.
