House was clean, very spacious, well equipped and a great location. There was a heated pool and spa, however we were never able to use it! When we arrived, the weather was in the 80’s. We were told the pool would be a comfortable 87 upon arrival. It was not. It was a frigid 73. We called for maintenance. They did come promptly and had to reset something, not sure what? By the time we got the pool to properly heat, the weather took a turn and the remainder of our trip was very cold, so the pool just could not warm up, and I do understand that. No one can fix the weather, however, the first several days of our trip when we could have used the pool, we were not able to use it at all, and were never able to use it the entire time 2 weeks we were there, and I do admit, part of that was weather! As I mentioned, the house was beautiful, but we were very disappointed we were never able to use our pool! I have rented many VRBO homes, and the home did not disappoint, however, the pool was a huge disappointment.
