We were thinking of reserving this place for next year. Well, we have changed our minds. 3 of the outlets around the kitchen stove were not working. Kevin, my husband replaced the GFI. They work now. The heat and filtration units for the hot tub and pool were not working properly. They are now again thanks to Kevin. He stopped working on things after he was told he could move the television from the garage to the master bedroom because the mother in law didn't want to spend money to replace television. It seems as though she doesn't want to spend monies to replace things that are damaged by previous clients. Replacing the dining room chairs should be pretty easy and cheap. Resale shops also carry chest of drawers so clients have some where to put clothes that are not hung. It was nice having plenty of hangers. It's nice to have the television outside, but it looked like it was dropped by a previous client and not removed or replaced. We tried to do a stir fry for dinner, the frying pan was warped and had a hole in it. We were going to grill steaks and seafood. The grill smelled like old grease and was filthy. The cleaning people do not do a very good job. We were not sure if VRBO provides the people to clean and mow. The person mowing, managed to blow the grass in the hot tub and pool. This is not healthy for the filtration system. The price was right. The neighbers dogs barked excessively all day, everyday. The owners rep was very nice.

Amenities were not in working conditions , for example the whirlpool was not functionin, the tv’s difficult to work with and need to either replace or place black coverlets over the dinning room chairs that shed.

Well. Where do I start? I was there for a week at the end of October with three other guys. When we arrived there were multiple burnt out lightbulbs, dead batteries, a broken coffee table tucked under the pool table and a pool table pocket that was partially detached. I fixed the coffee table and the pool table myself. Probably more frustrating was that the hot tub didn’t work. The main reason we rented the house was because it had the hot tub. Being there for a week long baseball tournament and the soreness that came along with it and not having that therapy available was extremely frustrating. You shouldn’t be promoting amenities that aren’t truly available. The guy who arranged the rental for us requested consideration for this and has gone unswered.

Cape Coral

Very nice home with lovely pool and hot tub. Took a couple of days to get the hot tub heated but the owners were great about helping us figure it out. Great layout with 4 bedrooms and pool table. We really enjoyed our stay!
