This is not a hotel. It is a motel and not anything like what we expected. The man on the front desk was the only saving grace for this hotel.

We ran into delays in getting to the hotel, but Sean at the front desk was great about it, and when we did arrive in the evening, we received a warm welcome from the woman staffing the desk at 7 p.m. or so. The room had a terrific view--thanks, Sean, for the complimentary upgrade--and was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. And it was a high point to swim in the heated pool. When we checked out, Sean again was at the reception desk, and I really appreciated his genuine, warm thanks for our stay and wishes for a safe trip home.

Modern room with great beach view. Well kept heated pool with cabana bar, and 3 fire pit areas on the property. Clean throughout. Front desk staff helpful and pleasant, all shifts. A shout out to Maurice for being so accommodating, he even offered us a ride to ferry area in his personal vehicle while we were waiting for the free bus on the last day, which we gladly accepted. That kindness was exceptional and appreciated. We came in Friday on the Boston ferry and found PTown still charming, fun and friendly. We will return!

The location was great! Room was mostly clean. The beds were comfortable. There were sand granules everywhere on the floor when we got to the room. No elevator so ask for a first floor if you do t want to do a flight of stairs.

I had a wonderful stay at the Harbor Hotel Provincetown! The location right by the water is beautiful, with amazing views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure everything went smoothly. I also loved the outdoor pool and the fun vibe around the hotel. Perfect spot for a getaway in Provincetown – I’d definitely come back!
