s: This villa is located just a stone's throw from the coast (200 metres), with the small bays of Cala Auberdans and Cala Rotja with the restaurant of the same name, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation.



The small village of Canyamel with its large sandy beach is easily reached by car. Artà and Capdepera, both around 10 km away, are ideal for strolling in a historic setting, while Cala Ratjada offers restaurants and bars right by the sea. The villa is furnished in a modern, predominantly white style. From the terrace you enter a spacious room, which is divided on one side by an elongated rustic wooden dining table and on the other side by the living area: A sofa with a reclining surface and two comfortable armchairs offer you the opportunity to watch the German or English TV programme on the flat screen. A Sonos system is also available here. Adjacent to this large room is a spacious kitchen, in which you can also conjure up elaborate dishes thanks to the full equipment - after all, the way to a holiday home in Mallorca is through the stomach. There is also an osmosis system for drinking water. In the opposite wing of the villa there is a bathroom and three bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. And the third bedroom has the luxury of its own bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan to give you a breath of fresh air on warm summer nights. In winter, air conditioning and underfloor heating provide warmth. On the ground floor you will also find a hallway with a guest WC, which has been converted into a full bathroom with shower, and a staircase leading to the upper floor. Here you will find access to the roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful sea view.
