The fine sandy beach on the west side of Cala Agulla is completely framed by a pine forest that has spread over an area of dunes. The area has been declared a "nature reserve of special value". Other beautiful places such as the tranquil Capdepera or the medieval town are only a few minutes' drive away and offer a nice change of scenery
