It has a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (ideal for children due to its size), a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom (with a king-size bed consisting of 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV with international programs, a baby bed and a high chair. From the living room you can step out onto a private,covered terrace, which is equipped with comfortable furniture. Here you can dine together in the fresh air or end the evening with a glass of wine. In the communal outdoor area, which has sunbeds with sunshades, a barbecue and a shared pool with children's pool, the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten. A laundry room is available for guests on the ground floor. A supermarket is 260 metres from the accommodation and a selection of restaurants are within 100 metres. Those who long for an expansive sandy beach with crystal clear water will find Playa de Canyamel after only 250 m or a short walk. The apartment is also a perfect starting point for visiting medieval towns, the capital or the natural caves of the island.
