Welcome to our apartment in Capbreton!
Cozy and spacious, in a great location!

The ocean, the forest, the mountains... Exploring, hiking, surfing, paddleboarding, and other activities await you!

Our apartment is located on the 1st and top floor of a very nice, quiet building. A few steps lead up to the apartment (no elevator).
The living room is spacious and bright, with an open kitchen and a small balcony. We offer two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower (the toilet is separate).

The first bedroom features a double bed (140×200) and a closet for clothes.
The second bedroom is upstairs and can accommodate 3 to 4 people: it has a bunk bed (two single beds, 90×200) and a sofa bed (sleeps 1 or 2).
We can provide a travel crib and a high chair.

In a quiet neighborhood.
The beach is a 10-minute bike ride away, and the center of Capbreton is a 10-minute walk away.
A free shuttle to the beach stops near the residence every hour.

A bakery, a pizzeria, and a rotisserie are located 200 m from the residence (a 2-minute walk).

This apartment is well-connected: it’s close to the A63 highway, train stations with TGV/LGV access in Dax and Bayonne, and Biarritz Airport (less than 30 minutes away).

Two bike paths right outside the residence allow you to reach the beach quickly and easily (La Piste and Santocha are a 10-minute bike ride away), the market 650 m away (2 min by bike or about 10 min on foot), and the shopping streets of Capbreton and the Port of Capbreton in 10 minutes, as well as downtown Hossegor (about 15 minutes).

With its excellent location, you can explore Capbreton as well as our beautiful Landes region and the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region (10-minute drive from Bayonne, 30 minutes from Biarritz) as well as Spain, just 40 minutes away
