Composed of two adjoining apartments: Cantina and coppaia, the farmhouse overlooks a waste of lush vineyards and olive trees and is provided with any type of comfort while preserving the charm featuring the classic Tuscany country houses.
Away from the noise of the city, deep into the nature, you will enjoy moments of utter peace and relaxation with every type of comfort thought to make your stay unforgettable.

This apartment WINERY features tall ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the upper floor there are two bathrooms, three double rooms and one single room. The rooms, decorated in restful natural shades, are all equipped with an air conditioning system for the guests to enjoy a comfortable stay even During the hot summer months. In the two bathrooms on the upper floor there are two Jacuzzis where you can enjoy utmost relaxing and precious moments.
In the heart of the house there is a very cozy and fully equipped kitchen, the perfect meeting point for casual dining. In the dining room with stone fireplace is displayed together with a long ancient wooden table Which can sit up to 12 people. Beyond the glass door of the lounge you can access the pool and the area dedicated to the BBQ.

• 1 swimming pool with a table for 8 people and a BBQ. The pool is shared with the guests of the adjacent apartement.

Rules of the farmhouse:

The signing of a short term contract is asked to our guests at the time of the reservation.
The deposit of € 500 is due at the check-in time in cash. This amount will be returned to the guests at the end of the stay if no damage to furniture and furnishing are found.
