Bright and spacious studio for up to two guests, located on the 6th floor of a building with lift, only 80mt from the sea. The studio features a combined living and sleeping area with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a balcony with sea view, and a full bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. The residence offers a lovely shared outdoor swimming pool. No parking space provided. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
