Modern and bright apartment with a lovely sea view balcony, located on the 5th floor of a building with lift and a shared outdoor pool. It can accommodate up to four guests, situated only 270mt from the sea. It is formed of a dining/living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. It comes with one uncovered parking spot. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
