A second modern bathroom with a shower completes this level. The first floor features three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds, a full modern bathroom, and direct access to a private terrace - an inviting spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Essential amenities, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and private parking, ensure a comfortable stay from start to finish.
