The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, garden shower, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the porch with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room as intersecting room and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the loggia with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room and with dinette, induction cooker, exhaust hood and refrigerator (freezer). The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.

Porto Santa Margherita, 000 m AMSL. The holiday home is situated on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking in carport.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and childproof sockets.
