Cozy flat for up to five guests, located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator and a shared outdoor pool, only 250mt from the beach. The property consists of an open plan kitchenette, a dining/living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, and a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Equipped with a washing machine, and one covered parking space. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary).
