I love the property here. It’s peaceful and has great sunsets and wildlife come right up to your back door - deer, foxes, Egyptian Geese, cats, birds, humming birds. The condo is very very nice, clean and comfortable. I love it so much I don’t want to leave! The neighbors here are very nice and friendly.

Such a neat and tidy place! Loved feeding the deer and foxes. Very conveniently stocked, even with deer feed and dog treats! Highly recommended. Just my husband, me and our 2 furry friends.

We enjoyed our stay, very clean and nice. Loved the view and the wild life we were able to see and feed. The pool was very nice and clean. I just wished that Canyon lake was in better condition and we could have swim, but that is due to hot dry conditions in Texas.

Highly recommend!

Roy's place was excellent and exceeded my expectations! Check in was super easy! The condo was nice and clean! We had everything we needed!. The best part of the trip was feeding the deer and foxes! The pool was nice and clean and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful! We will definately be staying there any time we come to Canyon Lake!

Canyon Lake Overnight

This was the perfect overnight spot for me and my friend to attend a nearby wedding. The condo is just as featured, easy to access, good parking, and nice neighbors. I would book this place again!

Great get away

This was a very nice place to stay for the night. It’s definitely better than a hotel room. Hospitality was nice and the ambiance with watching deer in the morning with a view of Canyon Lake. Top notch for a little get away!

We enjoyed the accommodations and location! Close to supermarket, restaurants and lake! Great view and were visited by deer in the morning. Would love to be there in the early summer!

Simple but excellent

This is a condo. The water level was very very low so we didnt have acess to the lake. The river is a short drive and several other acess to the lake were available. The kitchen had everything, It was awesome!!! The wildlife and sunset was our favorite part.

Beautiful view from a beautiful condo

We had such a wonderful stay here. The owner was SO helpful and kind. Of all the places we've stayed via VRBO, this was the cleanest. Spotless! Great location, quiet and so much wild life. Our dogs were so excited to have a view of all the birds, squirrels and the big dogs (white tailed deer). We loved it so much we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Roy for all your help and kindness! We greatly appreciate you allowing us to stay here.

Great condo!

This was a great condo with a lake view. It was very clean and had a lot of amenities. We loved sitting on the back porch and watching the deer come up. The homeowner was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent again!

Great spot for couple or families

The condo was clean and accessible to the lake, a pool, and even a short trip to the Guadalupe River. The host was easy to get a hold of a responsive. Plan on staying again and taking the whole family !

Awesome Condo, Location, and Host

This condo was awesome. The location was perfect, well-lit, great view, and well kept. The inside of the condo was very clean and had all of the accommodations that you would need for your stay. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and it felt like home. Roy, the owner of the property was very helpful with any questions that we had. I would stay here again and will be recommending this property to my friends.
