Consider this house your home away from home. Our home has 3 bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, and full bunk beds and a video gammer room! You'll have all the convenience you need. Relax in the awesome living space and enjoy your time, No Agenda is our motto! Nestled in a quaint neighborhood, our place offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy all that Canyon Lake has to offer when you stay at our place This fabulous home is central to the Texas Hill country's finest spots. Drop/rent a boat and enjoy the lake, shop and eat in Gruene, float the Guadalupe, visit the Alamo, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach or just relax at our home. We strive to meet your every need and love assisting with memorable vacation experiences. Please note that Pool/spool will not heat if outside temperature is below 50. It can take 8 hours to raise temperature, weather determinative. The circular seating area is NOT a hot tub and will be the same temperature as the pool water. Pool not heated, special request for Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb will require additional fee of $100 and may not addequately heat (weather permitting). This fee is non refundable and the required cost to attempt to heat the pool will have been incurred.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Wonderful property & location

This property was great! We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities to prepare meals and enjoy our time in the pool. The view was lovely and the location was perfect for heading out to float the river nearby. The house was very neat and Scott was super responsive when we had questions. Overall, great experience! We’ll be back next year!
