This was the perfect home and location for our needs. We had plenty of room for a small birthday gathering on Saturday. The bedrooms were perfect with two teenagers getting their own rooms! Kitchen was well equipped, washer and dryer worked well, huge yard for the granddog and SUPER owners who answered any questions or concerns withith minutes! We will definitely seek this house out the next time we need one in Canyon!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for the dogs to run in the backyard. We had many fun experiences at Palo Duro Canyon, Cadillac ranch, and watched some college basketball. Easy access to everything! Would totally recommend.

we stayed here while we were here for a family wedding.there were 5 adults and 2 children the house was perfect for our needs. the communication was top notch we were given the code for both the front door and the garage door and were told before arrival that the front door might not work so it was great to have the code for the garage door and they resolved the issue with the front door within 30 minutes of check in. I highly recommend this property for its comfort ,features ,location and features

Great Place!

House was great. All the amenities we needed. Superior hosts. Trundle bed wasn’t so great but that was cause we gave the other rooms to family. That bed is all I would change. We will be back. Matt is a true servant. Will always stay at his properties if possible!!

Family Weekend

We were intown for family weekend at the university and couldn't have picked a better house for our large group. We had 10 in the group and we all slept comfortably. House is in a established neighborhood, and has been very nicely updated throughout. House is located close to the university, and Palo Duro Canyon. Will definitely book again when visiting Canyon again.
