"You can check-in early at 11 for a $10 fee, but office does not open till 12? Ha. Most staff not helpful at all they told me they don't have a clue to most questions I asked. But when the office lady showed up at 12 she was great. Wish I remembered her name, whomever she was, she was very helpful and polite. Thank you to her. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The Aura of the hotel made up for the necessary work that is needed around the hotel itself but none of that takes away from the hotel. I was only passing thru with the family so I can not say much about the area. The BIG Texan restaurant is right next to hotel and worth enjoying the food and atmosphere."
