We stayed there for 5 days. Great location and very nice stay. We enjoyed downstairs hotel restaurant food and kids loved their fries and pasta. Close to Tram station and open area for kids to play or walk in front of hotel. We will definitely go back there again.

The staff at Novotel were very courteous and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were quite spacious. The hotel was within walking distance to the tram line which made it very convenient to transport around Zurich by tram. I would definitely stay again at Novotel Zurich West whenever I return to Zurich.
