The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was tucked into a quiet area but very close to the city center and attractions. Food options weren’t that great(pricey) but there were many options nearby. Overall would definitely recommend the hotel.

We loved the hotel which had been recommended to us by my Swiss brother-in-law. The room was beautiful and well equipped, and the public areas as well as the room were spotless. The hotel is located in the Niederdorf district of Zürich which is the old part of the town with narrow cobblestone streets, excellent shops, restaurants and bars. However, on both of the nights we stayed in the hotel we were woken up at 5:30am by the sounds of trash pick-up, street cleaning, food deliveries etc all of which kept on going on throughout the early morning. Because of this we would not stay here again.

I arrived early, and I was able to store my luggage. I received an email later in the day when my room was ready. My luggage has already been placed in the room which was very thoughtful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. This hotel is in a great location. Public transportation is available just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Comfortable rooms with an excellent location located in the heart of the old city. Strongly recommend you request a taxi or car from the hotel as the regular taxis from the train station or airport do not have access to drive in the old city so you end up toting luggage up step streets.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and the facilities were mostly good. My biggest problem was the wifi. I’ve been travelling for two months through Europe and the USA and didn’t have a problem until I was in Switzerland so it may be more of a Swiss issue than the hotel.

I booked a single room but was pleasantly surprised to get a nice sized room and bathroom with a queen or double bed and air conditioning. The front staff was very helpful with where to go and how to get there. Breakfast downstairs was very good.

Great location. Very clean and up to date hotel. I was placed on the 4th floor in tbd attic and the floor in the room had a big slope and the ceiling was low. It felt a bit off.

WiFi service was terrible. Even for 2nd floor it showed 2 bars. Even that wasn’t consistently working. Amenities are bad. No coffee machine in the room. No complimentary water bottles. Room rate is same whether it’s big or small. Inspite of these drawbacks the room rate is high. Only positive points are that it’s located in the downtown and the service was good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good.
