We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to the city center and easy to get around. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Zurich HB, very convenient. The room is clean, but no air-conditioning. Breakfast is good. You can order a hot breakfast if you want to. The staff are very helpful. Very nice stay there.

Room is very clean and the hotel is well maintained. Reception staff is very nice and helpful. There are free coffee, fruit and ice-cream available in the lobby round the clock. Drinks in mini-fridge are also free of charge, very nice indeed! The only bad thing is inadequate sound proofing. We can hear people talk on the street, construction site working sound across the street, church bell, and sound from next door.

The hotel was centrally located in Zurich with easy access to main points of interest and public transportation. My room was very small, however it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff of the property are excellent, kind, helpful , professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with many choices of food and eggs/omelette made to your choice.
