First it was nice to have a good dinner on location! Cean room! Comfortable bed! Nice to have a face cloth! The fan was a must as there is no AC in the room we had. It was a bit warm, but we opened the window and that was fine until traffic started moving towards morning.

In general I had good stay; reception & restaurant staff were very nice & helpful. But, last two nights, I did not have a good sleep as lots of physical activities on top of my room by the hotel staff. It was very bad last night of my stay, many times I woke up due to loud noises and pulling/pushing sounds. I was very tired with no good sleep last night when I went tot the airport for a long air travel. This kind of disturbances by your staff are very unacceptable.

The reception gave another guest our room key at 1am and that guest entered our room and woke us up. Aircon didn’t work Pleasant staff but rooms tired Didn’t offer anything for the trouble other than free parking (maybe breakfast would have been nice) Slept terrible due to worry about someone else entering our room. Staff didn’t seem too bothered

The Hotel was spotless. We are in the in house restaurant and had a delicious meal. Staying at the hotel provided us with Bern transportation cards so we easily traveled into the old town and to the Klee Museum with free trams.

Even under construction to modernize a section, the room we got was plenty of space for 2 people. Clean and everything in the bathroom working well. Very good beds and very friendly and helpful staff. I truly recommend the Sternen Hotel.

Stayed here for couple nights with my wife. It was a nice hotel definitely recommend. Room has lots of space for your luggage and very close to stores. Breakfast buffet was delicious.
