Great location, poor management

House had a bad odor, coffee pot was broken, water pressure was terrible, we went to turn on the tv remote didn't work, checked the batteries and it was wet inside. Had to leave the back off to dry and use our own batteries. The sheets on the bed were very old and worn. House was not that clean when we arrived.
