PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

On the ground floor, a welcoming living area includes a bright living room, an office, and a dining space with a fully equipped open kitchen.
A guest WC is also available on this floor.

On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms:

- A master suite with a king size bed (180x200cm), TV, en-suite shower room, and ample storage.
- A bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm).
- A bedroom with two single beds. This floor also includes a large bathroom with a double sink.

On the lower level, additional living spaces:

- A bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm).
- A game room with TV, perfect for entertaining all ages.
- An extra shower room.
- A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

OUTDOORS AND GARDEN

Surrounding the villa is a garden filled with Mediterranean plants like pines, olive trees, and palms, along with a pool to cool off on hot summer days. An outdoor lounge and large dining table, complete with a gas barbecue, make it easy to enjoy Cannes' sunny climate in a vacation-like atmosphere, no matter the purpose of your stay.

From Nice airport: About 30 minutes by car via the A8 highway.
From Cannes train station: A 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride for a quick trip.
