Within a tourist residence designed for relaxation, this apartment benefits from access to shared facilities including an infinity pool with sea view, a tennis court and a children’s playground.

The living room opens onto a 7m² terrace with garden, creating a pleasant outdoor extension of the apartment.

The interior accommodates up to four guests with a sofa bed in the living room and bunk beds in the bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the living space, while the bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet.

Located on the first floor, the apartment also includes a parking space in the residence’s underground garage for a maximum height of 1.90 meters.

Pool sun loungers are available for an additional fee: €5 for half a day or €10 for a full day. This service is independent from our accommodation, and payment is made directly to the pool staff.
The swimming pool is open from 9.00 am to 7.45 pm from 4 April to 1 November.

Villa Francia is a large residence consisting of numerous buildings and extensive landscaped areas. Depending on the location of your apartment, a walk through the grounds may be required between the parking area and your accommodation.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
