Welcome to our modern and spacious studio of 34 square meters, ideally located on Rue de Mimont. Take advantage of its exceptional proximity just a stone's throw from the famous Palais des Festivals.
In addition, you will only be a 10-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea.

The apartment can accommodate up to three people, on the 3rd floor (with elevator).
With an area of 34m2, this compound consists of:
- a bright living room with a wardrobe bed, a sofa bed / dining room.
-A kitchen is fully equipped and functional.
- a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a washing machine.


- You have the option of parking your vehicle in a paid parking lot;
