The Space:

The apartment is located in an art-deco residence, and has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a living / dining room opening onto the sunny terrace.



The space is ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children .



The flat with a total area of approximately 65 m² (650 ft²) contains :



1) Bedroom 1: King size bed (180x200) with high quality mattress and 4 pillows, air conditioning, TV, en suite bathroom (shower, sink). There is no WC in this bathroom

2) Bedroom 2: King size bed (180x200) with high quality mattress and 4 pillows, air conditioning, TV

3) Living room with convertible sofa and a dining table for 6 people, air conditioning, TV

4) Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink (accesible from the livingroom). In this bathroom there is also a washing machine (which has also a drying function), iron, ironing board.

5) Half bathroom attached to Bedroom 1, with sink, shower (no toilet)

Please note that the maximum occupancy for our property (6) includes all guests, regardless of age, including infants. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of everyone during their stay, as well as compliance with local regulations.

Quiet residential neighbourhood just minutes away from the beach. A small conveniences shop is located 2 minutes away and the main shopping area in town 'Rue d'Antibes' is only 5 minutes away . You'll be roughly 20minutes away from the Palais des Festivals

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire apartment.

✹ CHECK-IN: Please note that on-line check-in is required before arrival at the property. In compliance with current law, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of reservation.

One week before arrival, you will receive an automatic email asking for:

- Upload the IDs of all guests.

- Complete the mandatory €500 credit card authorization

Please note that your entry codes will only be released once both steps have been completed. If the check-in process is not finalized and the deposit is not paid in full, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

These measures are legally required and strictly enforced to ensure compliance and security.

✹ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Early check-in and late check-out options can be provided, subject to availability in our reservations calendar. Please inform us your desired arrival/ departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply.

✹ LUGGAGE DROP OFF: You can drop off your luggage while the cleaning team is cleaning the apartment. After your stay, we’ll be able to store your luggage until the cleaning finished.

✹ STAYS LONGER THAN 1 WEEK

For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning is required to ensure your comfort. This service includes fresh linens and towels, and will be arranged and charged separately through the Resolution Center.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

✹ TOWELS AND LINENS: Each bed comes with fresh linens, and every guest receives one large and one small bath towel. If you would like extra linens or towels, we can provide them upon request for a small additional fee. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with one large blanket for the double bed and one small blanket for the single bed. We don’t keep extra blankets on-site, and we thank you for your understanding.

✹ PARKING INFORMATION: The apartment does not have private parking, but there are several convenient options if you are arriving by car.

Street Parking – parking is free at all times (subject to availability). Nearby streets may have paid parking, which is marked with the word “PAYANT” on the ground. Payment can be made at the street meters or through the Flowbird app.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly areas in the bedrooms and living room.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and high chair available upon request (please let us know before your arrival). There is an additional cost is 35 eur/ stay.

✹ AIRPORT TRANSFER/ DRIVER: We can connect you with our trusted partners, who can pick you up and drop you off at the apartment.

✹ BIRTHDAYS/ ANNIVERSARIES: Ask us what you would like, daily cleaning during your stay, or maybe a flower bouquet and balloons. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.
