This property is 15 minutes walk from the train station and roughly 30 mins from the beach, shopping, etc. Its not convenient if you plan to walk and I didn't find the staff accommodating

Some of the staff were great, but 2 were rude and not helpful. I also didn’t like taking out my own trash. If you want guests to take out their own trash out, you should provide more durable bags and more than one, especially if you have to leave the building to take the trash out.

Convenient but no comfort and not worth the stay
I have stayed here before and had a good experience but this time around I was not happy. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice but neither the phone or the tv worked. I had to beg for more toilet paper and soap and the people at the front desk had no idea how to answer any questions. Cleaning staff comes once a week instead of every day and when you needed anything the response is always "I don't know" or "we don't have that". The description says pool but they don't actually have one that is open. You should tell your guests this before they book or after they book as this is one of the reasons i booked this hotel. Aside from check in, the staff is unfriendly and not knowledgeable. When i asked for dinner recommendations or directions to attractions, the front desk had no idea or gave me horrible suggestions or none at all. If you work at the front desk you should have some idea of what is going on in your city and you should be able to recommend places to go and eat/visit. I have never encountered a hotel that does not give you kleenex or toilet paper when asked. To say the least i will not be staying here again, and this hotel is nowhere near the star rating that it is given. It is a 2 star at best.

Worst place ever
Not very welcoming. Reception staff not very helpful. One was very rude (Tatiana). Vital information not given at check-in which resulted in added costs to my stay that I totally disagree with and would like to contest. Was not informed regarding the fact that we had to take out our own refuse at the end. Was told one complimentary cleaning of the apartment was included as we stayed for 7 days which never materialised. We constantly cleaned our apartment during our stay as we have 2 small children. Was told at check-out that we left the place extremely dirty. However this is not true, as the only thing that was left in the apartment was two well organised refuse bags (one recyclables and one general trash would have taken them out if I knew!).
During our stay on the times I took the refuse out, the refuse area in the RJ level was unsafe with wooden pallets all over the place and bins that were over flowing with trash.
Breakfast bar light not working.
Bathroom sink clogged and takes ages to drain.
A/C was controlled centrally and was set to heating even though the room was registering 26C!
Heavily stained carpet and dirty floors. Had to keep footwear on at all times.
Fire alarm went off around 7.30am on Thursday 17th April, had to quickly get up and evacuate the building with 2 small children. No fire drill protocol was followed. No fire marshals present. Fire alarm was due to burnt toast in the breakfast area. No staff came to apologise to the customers. Very unprofessional

We booked this hotel during our stay in Cannes and I was very surprised by the good condition, spacious room and convenience to restaurants and shopping areas.
Terrible service from some staff members- rude! Where have you heard that you need to pay to change your bath towel! For the price I am not sure I would want to put up with some of their staff.
Although some( male staff) were very helpful and great service!
Door for swimming pool did not open . Broken button in Bathroom. Extractor fan not working . Towel quality is poor. Did not clean the room . You have to empty rubbish bins yourself

Worst hotel in Cannes. Treacherous and misleading pricing, beware of the attractive rates! They pre-authorize the highest possible amount with no clear or fixed rate, charging at will. The service is terrible. The receptionist who checked me in was rude and unprofessional, took my concerns personally, and refused to listen when I explained that I wasn’t aware of their pre-authorization policy. She was also uncooperative and disrespectful toward the Expedia staff handling my case.
Check in process was good. Everyone at the property except for 1 person at the front desk is extremely unfriendly. The Asian look lady who did our checked out never acknowledged or smiled at people. When you ask her questions, she gives an angry look. Makes you wonder why she is even working in a hospitality industry if she can’t be pleasant.
The property is located in a convenient location. But it’s really run down, old, and just not comfortable. I checked out 7 days earlier.
But the staff except for one person has been helpful and friendly including the maintenance who came to fixed the issues. Obviously with an old property, it is not the worker’s fault. They tried their best.

Elevator out of service. Nobody in until 9 am to help with luggage. Disappointed with that. Had to empty all of the trash in your room and take to dumpster or you will be charged a fee. Im not a messy person, but i am on vacation and paying a lot to stay at they hotel. Check in is too late 5pm needs to be a little earlier for the price

The location was great, the rooms were of a good size.
The service could be improved. I was there for 5 days and the lift was out of order the entire time. One of our group who has mobility issues had requested a ground floor room, that was ignored.
