They missed our cleaning and we had to remind them that no cleaning had been done the that they informed us that it would be. And when we asked for new towels since they missed the cleaning day they told us we could not get any new ones until they were able to schedule a new cleaning day, which in this case would be 48 hours before our check-out. We stayed at the hotel for a week. The reception told us that we could get new towels but that it would cost us 5 euro for each towel??? Even the small ones. The two girls at the reception had a horrible attitude and was quite frankly rude. They never greeted us when we came in. The only guy working during night time was however a lovely person as well as the girl who cleaned the room. The balcony was covered in bird poop and it was clear it had not been cleaned. Would not recommend this hotel.

Vacation in Cannes

Location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. Cleaning is not included in the service if you stay shorter than a week, unless you pay extra. Breakfast is expensive in the hotel but there are nice boulangeries in the neighborhood.
