A lovely one bedroomed apartment just off the famous Cannes Plages du Midi, in a new modern building which is secure and well maintained. There is a pool, lovely terrace and secure underground parking as well as a quick foot access to the beaches in front!

On entering there is the living room, which has alot of modern technology and conveniences, including an iPod dock, TV, DVD player and other modern conveniences

The kitchen is open plan and well equipped, all modern conveniences you'd expect can be easily found and the kitchen is well apportioned too.

The terrace is accessible from the living area, and although it faces toward the road it benefits from both morning and evening sun, making it an enjoyable space to enjoy the outside.

The bedroom is small, but well apportioned and boasts a very high quality and super comfortable double bed. It also offers a lot of storage space!

The grounds are well maintained and secure, and there is a lovely swimming pool for the building residents to enjoy. There is also a pedestrian access at the bottom of the grounds which lead to a quick stroll down to the popular beachfront.
