One-bedroom apartment located right in the city center and is perfect for a couple looking for a pleasant stay or for professionals seeking a convenient and charming accommodation. Facing the old port of Cannes, it not only offers a beautiful sea view but also an ideal location : just steps away from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette, the picturesque Suquet district, the Midi beaches, as well as Cannes' restaurants, cafés, and boutiques.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

DEPOSIT : 500 € by card before check-in.
