Ideally located halfway between the Palais des Festivals and the beaches access, your accommodation, nestled in the area of La Croix des Gardes, known for its view over the bay of Cannes, will find the right balance between suburban calm and almost immediate proximity to the city center.
Enjoying a setting conducive to relaxation, the various activities offered such as the presence of a tennis court, an infinity pool with a view of the sea open continuously from 05/04 to 06/11, as well as a playground dedicated to the youngest will be your best allies in the excellent progress of your stay!

Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.

If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.
