Inside a charming historic residence, this 100m² apartment enjoys a sense of calm rarely found so close to the center. Large French windows frame open views of the residence’s palm and pine trees, with the sea appearing in the distance.
The living room forms the heart of the apartment: a bright and airy space with sea views and high ceilings that reflect the elegance of the building’s original architecture.
