• This is a two-bedroom apartment with an open sleeping mezzanine integrated into the living room, not a separate third bedroom.



• Accommodates up to 6 guests in total, including children:

• A main bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm single beds that can be joined to form a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed, and a 55-inch / 140 cm Smart TV.

• A compact second bedroom with a bunk bed providing two 90 x 190 cm sleeping spaces, suitable for adults.

• The open mezzanine has a fixed queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), providing two full-size sleeping places for adults, accessed by internal stairs.

• The mezzanine is open to the living room.

• A living and dining area with a 55-inch / 140 cm Smart TV.

• TV channels are available through a Free decoder.

• An equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

• A shower room with step-free shower entry and a separate toilet. The toilet is in a separate room, outside the shower room.

• A private terrace with outdoor dining space.



• Individual air conditioning serves the living room and main bedroom.

• A Free ADSL internet plan of 50 Mbps and Wi-Fi are provided.



The apartment is on the seventh floor with elevator access. No stairs are required to reach the apartment; internal stairs lead to the mezzanine. A free private underground parking space is included in the residence. Maximum vehicle dimensions: 2.55 m wide at the front / 2.0 m at the rear, 4.75 m long and 2.0 m high.



Pets require prior approval before booking. A pet fee applies per animal, per stay. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed.
