Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Arrived to find the door code provided was incorrect. There was a lockbox underneath but that code wasn't provided. Spent an hour locked out waiting for customer serviceNo one answered first provided host phone number I called. Finally got a hold of someone but they said I would have to wait for a call back. Took 30 minutes to get a callback. Only resolution offered was a late checkout which doesn't mean anything. They don't care at all about their customers. Horrible experience.
