Located in a quiet and secure residence, this house will welcome you for a comfortable stay under the sun of the Côte d'Azur.

On the first floor, a large air-conditioned cathedral living room and a separate fitted kitchen, a toilet, a cloakroom and direct access to the garage and laundry area.

On the 1st floor, 3 double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower and sink, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and a separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with large fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Living room and kitchen open onto a large covered terrace extended by blinds and a wooded garden. Composter available. The estate has 2 large swimming pools open from May to the end of September, a table tennis table and direct access to the forest of the Croix-des-Gardes with its many trails and its incomparable views of the bay of Cannes. Beaches and city center of Cannes less than 10 minutes by car or bus.
Sea or mountain, city center and lively markets or hikes in the heart of nature at hand, or even a getaway in the neighboring Var or to Italy, there will be many things to do to enhance your stay and leave you with unforgettable memories.
