We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and did not receive any room service during our stay. However, on the day of our departure, we were unexpectedly charged 100 Euros without prior authorization. When we reached out to Best Western relations, we were told the charge was due to the room being left in poor condition. In reality, there was only some minor trash left behind, and it seems they expected us to clean the room ourselves, which is unreasonable for a hotel stay. It was very hard to communicate with staff due to poor English except one guy in the morning. Don't ever go to this hotel

A good hotel for your stay in Antibes. Generally speaking nothing wrong with this place, just wasn't spectacular in any way. Though this was on us to confirm while making the reservation, the room had no mini fridge and unfortunately, the front desk staff told us their ice machine was broken. Also of note, the roof top restaurant and terrace is permanently closed now.

We like the spacious room and cleaness. However there is no laundry facilities while it’s listed on the property details. Also there is no bottled water available in the room so we had to buy our own water.

Disappointing

The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. However it was rhe worst breakfast experience I've ever had - and i had to pay. All the hot food was freezing cold. There was no one on duty and all the tables were left uncleaned. I had to try and source my own plate/cutlery. I could barely eat anything, or speak to anyone.

Renovated hotel in the middle of Antibes town, 12 min to the beach, 18 min to the old town. We loved the hotel a lot, we had a suit with the terrace with an amazing view! Not a lot of shops or restaurants in the immediate area but not easy walk to a big variety in the Juan-les-Pins. Overall we would recommend this hotel to for and family and would definitely stay again if in the area!

Enjoyed our stay at BW Journel. Staff was friendly, the modern room was clean and comfortable, location central to both the city center and Juan les pins - about a 15 minute walk to either. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is not remarkable; but ample for busy tourists. It is quite a walk from the main area of Antibes-Juan-les-Pins. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and a couple were not. If you are looking for a memorable experience while in the Cote de Azur, look elsewhere.

The staff were outstanding. They recognized us each time we entered the lobby and remembered the plans we had discussed with them, always asking how it went. Always very attentive to any requests. They made excellent restaurant recommendations, helped us navigate language barriers when booking outings and made our stay feel like we were staying with friends. The Best Western website erroneously states that there are rooms with sea views. There are not. The staff ensured we enjoyed our room and the time at the hotel. We loved having a terraced room on the 3rd floor. It was private and extended the living space for quiet moments in. Huge thanks and a shout out to Zacharie, Charles and Rayane. They made our stay a memorable one!
