Avoid

Its a disgrace that hotels.com sells rooms for gthis appalling dump. There is no reception . You get a code for the door and a code for the room. Its essentially a youth hostel. The phone number is not answered My basement room was down two flights of satirs, there is no lift, I had to help an extremely stressed elderly couple I found on the doorstep who couldn't open the front door and could not hope to carry their suitcase down two flights Eventually they gave me a room key which didn't work as apparently the lady who cleans the room had engaged a lock which can only be opened by the code! I spoke to the manager's son and said he had a very stressed couple in their late 80's and he was to come stright away ...his repsonse was "don't tell me what to do !"

Dump of a place. Had to move our person out on the first night. Mold on vents, and excessive moisture. bedsheets stained, or not cleaned. Filthy walls. Poor access in terms of the intercom and door codes. Avoid, even if you're desperate.

Dangerous Hot Water Splash

The hotel staff and owner were courteous and friendly. The shower pressure and function was good - only problem was that it was a tiny space. As I turned around, I bumpted the tap, which resulted in dangerously - hot water. And I’m a small person. The tap needs a temperature moderator asap.

Not a hotel. Boarding house. Be prepared.

Calling this a hotel is a stretch. This is a boarding house. This is not made clear when you book. You’re renting a room and sent a code to get in the building and your room before you arrive. Often there is no one at the front desk. When I was there internet did not work. There was no soap or shampoo in the room for a hair dryer.
