The apartment is bright with double exposure. The sliding doors between the living room and the bedroom offer the apartment a significant living space, while preserving privacy.

It is quiet with double glazing and electric shutters. The room faces towards a small park. The bathroom and toilet are separate. You can store your empty suitcases in a space provided for this purpose in the built-in cupboard in the living room.

It has a large 160x200 bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room as well as an "umbrella" bed for a young child.

Fantastic rental!

Just returned from France where we were able to spend 10 wonderful days in Cannes. We use VRBO around the world, and this property is absolutely fantastic! First, the owners Patrick and Zivalda are particularly responsive and helpful, and arranging details of check-in/out was easy and efficient. The unit is in an ideal location, 5-10 min walk to town, shopping, restaurants, beaches, train station. Perfect for us as we did not have a car, and used the train station which is a couple minutes walk only. The apartment is completely updated, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean. It is equipped with everything you need, including AC and and fast Internet. Electric shutters on all windows made it dark and quiet to sleep at night. It is very secure and in a nice neighborhood. The king size bed is very comfortable. In short, if you are looking to stay in Cannes, (which we highly encourage!) I would search no further...recommend 110%! We would return in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay in Cannes

We really liked the location of the apartment - close to the beach, but not too close to the main road, therefore very quiet and peaceful, which was important as we have a 6 months old baby. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, modern and cozy. The owner provided a cot for our baby, which was really nice of him. Thanks to the owner of the place, we were greeted with a lovely bottle of champaign. Our stay in Cannes was very enjoyable. Recommended.

Très beau appartement

Fonctionnel, bien équipé avec de beaux matériaux. Quelques commerces proche. Plage publique à environ 12 minutes à pieds. Premier étage pas trop haut sans ascenceur. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de balcon. Double exposition mais vue d'un coté sur les toits.

Ich kann die Ferienwohnung herzlichst empfehlen. Es ist sehr zentral nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und den wichtigen Einkaufsstrassen gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und ist auch empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr positiv ist auch der vorhandene Parkplatz. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nice apartment in the centre of Cannes

We stayed at this nice apartment for 13 days in June-July. The apartment is in short walking distance from the centre of Cannes and the beach. It is a fresh apartment and vell equipped with all you need for a holiday stay. Included is also a secure parkingspace which is recommended if you have a car. I would not have been comfortable with parking in public parkingspaces in the area due to the risk of getting damages on the vehicle. The only thing we missed in this apartment was a balcony. It was easy to communicate with the owner on both e-mail and SMS. We can higly reccomend this appartment if you are a couple or a family with one child.

Un appartement magnifique!!!

Un appartement à la hauteur de nos espérances, moderne, spacieux et surtout très propre (copier coller des photos publiées). Le soir la rue est calme et a permis à mes 2 enfants ma femme et moi-même de passer 9 nuits en toute tranquillité. Nous n'avons quasiment pas utilisé notre véhicule étant donné l'énorme proximité avec les commerces (5 minutes de la croisette à pied). Je tiens particulièrement à remercier le propriétaire pour son professionnalisme, cela nous a permis de passer des vacances inoubliables.

fantástico apartamento en Cannes

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este apartamento en Cannes, y lo seguiré haciendo en la próximas oportunidades. Mi motivo principal para ir a Cannes es en lo profesional, por lo tanto es necesario disfrutar de un lugar cómodo, céntrico y tranquilo en las noches para descansar. Todo esto lo he encontrado en el apartamento de Patrick, quien además junto a Cicera garantizan una comunicación rápida, flexible, amena y eficaz. El apartamento está a tan solo 10 min caminando del Palais, prácticamente al lado de la estación ferroviaria y de varios comercios. Todos los electrodomésticos son modernos y funcionan bien. No hay ninguna sorpresa después de ver las fotos, pues corresponden completamente a la realidad. El apartamento es bonito, limpio y no le falta nada. Repito, muy tranquilo en las noches para garantizar el descanso cuando al día siguiente tienes que ir a trabajar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
