- The living area welcomes you with a comfortable seating area featuring armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests.
- The first bedroom is very spacious and furnished with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a flat-screen TV.
- The second bedroom offers two single beds.
- The large, independent kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and has a dining area for 5 people.
- There are separate toilets to complete the space.

HOWEVER, BE CAREFUL there is no elevator inside the building and the apartment is at the 3d and last floor!

Located on Rue du Commandant André, the apartment allows you, within minutes of stepping out the door, to:

- Stroll along La Croisette
- Shop on Rue d’Antibes
- Reach the Palais des Festivals (5 minutes)
- Take the train to discover the French Riviera (4 minutes)
- Explore downtown Cannes

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
